eCommerce Manager International Markets (f/m/d)

As a member of the Global eCommerce Team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and enabling local markets to achieve their growth objectives within the eCommerce space. Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as the leading Consumer Healthcare player in eCommerce across Europe. You will be responsible for shaping our technology base and driving synergies in Content & Retail Media for local markets, thereby contributing to our overall success.


Aufgaben
  • You will be responsible for coordinating & supporting our medium-sized markets
  • You will analyze market potentials & trends and develop business cases accordingly
  • You will be responsible for our Digital Shelf Monitoring and collaborate closely with the markets
  • You will manage the roll-out and the implementation of tools & technology across all markets
  • You will manage our best practices for Content Creation, Content Management, Content Syndication & Retail Media across all markets and drive their continuous optimization
  • You will independently take on projects

Profil
  • You have gained at least 5 years professional experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related fields
  • Ideally, you have worked in Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Goods or Pharma and are enthusiastic about improving consumers' health
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable training
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset paired with a high sense of responsibility, reliability as well as outstanding communication skills with diverse teams
  • You possess a ROI-driven mindset and have experience in driving business cases
  • You keep yourself updated with current trends and enjoy working with modern tools & technology
  • You are proficient in English. German and other languages are an advantage

The role is situated in the STADA Headquarters in Bad Vilbel (greater Frankfurt area), Germany.
